From access level 2 or 3 > ‘Maintenance/Test’ > ‘Test Zones’ > ‘Test All Zones’ > select required method (with or without sounders)

From access level 2 or 3 > ‘Maintenance/Test’ > ‘Test Zones’ > ‘Restore Zones’

From access level 2 or 3 > ‘View System Status’ > ‘Event History’

From access level 2 or 3 > ‘Enable/Disablements’ > ‘Fire Devices’ > select required device
Firstly check if the device is added to the system. E.g. does the device generate a tamper event when removed from its mounting plate. Check the device’s configuration. E.g. is the device set as a smoke or heat detector? Finally, try putting the system into walk test mode. This puts the devices into rapid test mode, for ease of testing.
